Please find attached an updated draft of Stretford Grammar School’s Admission Policy and proposed changes for 2027 admissions.

The changes proposed are to categories 3 and 4 of the over-subscription criteria, pupil premium criteria and the removal of the Top 20 scorers.

Schools are required, under the School Admissions Code, to consult as widely as possible on their admission policies. This includes parents and carers of all children aged 2–18 years as well as any other parties who may have an interest in the proposed arrangements. We would be very grateful for any assistance you can provide in sharing this information with parents or others who may wish to contribute to the consultation.
