Members of our Stretford Grammar School community are lacing up their running shoes for a special cause! On Thursday, September 24th at 6:30 PM, twelve runners divided into four teams of three will take part in the Media City 5k Relay Run.

Honouring Loved Ones

The team is running in memory of Mr Mullins and Mr McAvoy, two deeply missed members of our wider SGS family. To create a lasting tribute to them both, a joint fundraising effort has been launched in support of two incredible charities:

• War Child UK – Protecting and supporting children living through conflict.
• British Heart Foundation – Funding life-saving research into heart and circulatory diseases.
