With 15 teams there from schools across Trafford, Manchester and Cheshire, it was going to be an afternoon of great competition. Adrian White started the day with a silver medal in the 800m, dominating his heat, finishing 100m ahead of the runner behind. Kamraan Azeemi performed exceptionally well in the High Jump, an event he has little experience in, walking away with a Bronze medal. Princess Cole just missed out on a medal, finishing 4^th in the Long Jump and the girls relay team won their heat and were just pushed out of the medals by a fast finishing team in the last heat. Great efforts by Hannah Cook and Darcey Robinson who were competing against students a year older, and Sami Ahmed who, was a late addition.
