Our canteen staff always work wonders at Christmas and this year was no different. The students packed the canteen in anticipation of the first Christmas dinner of the season. And they were not to be disappointed! Succulent turkey slices with all the trimmings were served up to staff and students alike. It was a mammoth undertaking with copious amounts of vegetables prepped early in the morning. A particular highlight were the pigs in blankets – and, of course, no Christmas dinner would be complete without lashings of gravy and cranberry sauce!
