The Year 8/9 Basketball Team continued their winning streak with an impressive performance against Wellacre in their second game of the season. The match began evenly, but Stretford Grammar School soon found their rhythm and emerged as convincing winners with a final score of 39-8.

Aaron Owens and Tareq Albied led the scoring charge, with vital support from Abdul Tussa, whose playmaking contributed throughout the game. On the defensive end, Richard McClean was a force to be reckoned with, securing numerous rebounds and helping to shut down Wellacre’s offense.
